Add applause in one line

- How many claps each reader can give, from 1 to 1,000.
- The icon: a heart, or your own SVG, recoloured for rest, hover, click and full.
- What flies out on a click: copies of the icon, short dashes, or nothing.
- Where the count sits, a thank-you message for readers who gave every clap, and sound.
- Which sites may show it, so nobody else can use your key.
Every site's total can be shown as a badge, and sites are ranked on the most appreciated board unless their owner opts out.
